Washington, D.C. — Crest Hill Advisors LLC today announced that Victoria Flood, a long-time senior advisor to U.S. Senator Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.) and more recently a Principal at Mehlman Consulting, is joining the firm as a Partner.
While on Capitol Hill, Flood worked with Senator Capito both in the House and Senate on a variety of high-profile issues, including telecommunications, technology, energy, transportation and appropriations. While at Mehlman, she advised and represented numerous Fortune 500 companies, trade associations, and non-profits on complex policy and political issues.
